This site is run by JFS Enterprises Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong, which is responsible for the personal data described here. Our product sites publish their own policies.
What we collect
If you subscribe to our insights, we receive your email address. If you write to us, we receive your address and your message. If you request investor access on this site, we receive the details you enter in the form and keep them in the site’s database. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser and pages requested, to run and secure the site.
We set no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Your language choice is part of the address of the page you are reading.
How we use it
We use this data to send the newsletter you asked for, reply to you and keep the site working. We do not sell or rent personal data.
Service providers
We use Hostinger for hosting, Substack for our newsletter, Microsoft 365 for email and Google Fonts for typefaces. They may process data outside Hong Kong under their own safeguards.
How long we keep it
Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Correspondence and investor requests that do not lead to a business relationship are deleted within 24 months.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and unsubscribe at any time from the link in every email. You may also complain to the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data in Hong Kong, or to your data protection authority in the EU or UK.
